Our Cooks play a key role in serving nutritious home cooked meals, whilst also maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and health and safety: Producing varied, tasty menus for our residents, whilst also considering individual dietary requirements To provide special diets where necessary Cleaning and washing up after meals and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the kitchen Preparing and serving meals Guiding and coaching the kitchen team Stock control; stock replenishing/ordering Managing Food Health and Safety requirements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and up to date To be considered for this role you will need to have experience working as a Cook, with the ability to accommodate a variety of dietary requirements. In addition, we expect you to hold all the relevant qualifications and Food Hygiene Certificates, and that you are aware of all the relevant regulations.
