JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lead Cook to join our kitchen team in Montreal. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with grill, fryer, and broiler stations, and demonstrate leadership in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will play a key role in maintaining food quality, ensuring kitchen efficiency, and supporting the overall culinary team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience working on grill, fryer, and broiler stations (required)
  • Must have Food Handler Certificate
  • Must Be Bilingual in French and English
  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional kitchen experience
  • Ability to lead and train junior kitchen staff
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Completed a food handler training program and have a valid food handler certificate.
