JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Reviews daily menu, checks supplies, plans preparation and makes substitutions.
• Prepares food for breakfast and ingredients to be cooked or baked.
• Monitors and orders food supplies and storage of leftovers.
• Ensures food is cooked, stored and served at proper temperatures.
• Lead the team in absence of supervisor.
• Delivers, arranges and replenishes food to the service area.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed a Chef training or culinary management diploma or certificate.
• Completed a food handler training program and have a valid food handler certificate.
• Must have a reliable commute.
