Job Title: Cook Job Summary: The Cook  is responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. The Cook will work as part of a team to ensure a positive dining experience for all personnel. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, according to standardized recipes and dietary requirements. * Ensure that all food is prepared and served in compliance with health and safety regulations. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, including proper storage of food items. * Assist in menu planning and inventory management, ensuring all supplies are ordered and stocked as needed. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service and address any dietary restrictions or special requests. * Participate in training and development programs to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices. * Monitor food quality and presentation, making adjustments as necessary to ensure satisfaction. * Maintain equipment and kitchen tools in good working condition, reporting any maintenance issues promptly. Qualifications: * Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred. * Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. * Strong teamwork and communication skills. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs). * Stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require physical stamina. #IND   Qualifications Physical Requirements * May frequently require lifting or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds. * Duties require considerable walking and standing for prolonged periods of time. * Tasks may include frequent bending, stooping, and reaching. #IND
