The passionate and successful Cook will be responsible for preparing and presenting all food items as called for on restaurant menus. Participation in the area set-up and quality control of all food production items in a timely manner that is consistent with all safety and sanitation standards are required along with Sauté and broiler experience. Must be able to obtain and maintain a beverage card. Don’t worry, eat happy! This position is Monday – Friday, with weekend availability, day shift and evening shift! Boomtown Casino & Hotel is looking to hire an experienced Cook for the Restaurant. The successful Cook will be responsible for preparing and presenting all food items as called for in the Restaurant and participate in the area set-up and quality control of all food production items in a timely fashion that is consistent with all safety and sanitation standards.
