Requirements As a Cook II, you will work alongside our Executive Chef to create memorable food experiences for our guests. You are responsible for preparing appetizers, salads, banquet items, a la carte items, etc…. You are responsible for the set-up and service of one a la carte station per shift. You will assist with Banquet preparation and production.
