• Cooking for daycare centers and schools according to DGE standards in a large-scale kitchen
• Ensuring product quality
• Goods receipt inspection
• Cutting work
• Preparation of side dishes
• Compliance with HACCP guidelines in theory and practice
• Preparation in cold cuisine

• Completed training as a cook with professional experience
