It features 137 rooms, several event spaces for up to 400 people, a well-equipped event area, as well as a sauna, solarium, and more.

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified (m/f/d) to join our team immediately.

Your profile

• You have relevant professional experience, work in a cost- and revenue-oriented manner, and are able to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction together with the team.
• You possess a refined sense of taste and, in addition to all the arts of traditional German cuisine, you also master common specialties.
• You will proactively participate in production, ensure compliance with all hygiene regulations, and participate in the training of our apprentices.

Your tasks:

• Preparation of food and desserts
• Arranging the food
• Proper storage of food
• Assistance in creating the menus
• Waste separation
• Participation in inventories
• Cleaning the dishes
• Assistance with orders
