We’re hiring a Cook to join our team.

Duties Include:

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and supper according to the meal plan approved by the Health Authority
• Make homemade baked goods including but not limited to buns, bread, tea biscuits, desserts and pastries
• Provide snack to residents according to meal plan
• Wash dishes (pots, cooking utensils & pans)
• Keep kitchen and kitchen equipment clean
• Ensure all groceries are received correctly as ordered with quality assurance top of mind
• Pack and store items in accordance to food safety best practices
• Other duties assigned by employer

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Experience:

• Cooking: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
