Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
• Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils after each use

Skills:

• Previous experience in food service or as a cook is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Experience in bartending or beverage service is a plus but not mandatory
• A valid Food Handler's certificate.
