ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Cook at Steels Gate, you’ll work alongside our talented team to deliver exceptional food that complements our award-winning wines. This role offers flexible hours (full-time or part-time), making it ideal for someone with experience as a Kitchen Hand, Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, or an all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in food preparation and cooking across various kitchen stations
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients to create delicious dishes
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the kitchen
Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and kitchen organisation
Support the Head Chef and wider team in delivering a top-tier dining experience
