We are an arena located in SE Calgary and require a cook and kitchen help for weekend shifts between the hours of 8 am and 11 pm. There is some flexibility for the hours on the weekend based on the employees availability. The right candidate will be able to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner options as needed using fryers and a flat top grill. There is some prep work required as well as the kitchen cleaning is the responsibility of the employee assigned to that area at any given time. Past kitchen experience in a fast paced environment is a must. The willingness to be pro-served is a plus as well to help cover breaks
