JOB OVERVIEW

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are consistently followed.
  • Assist with meal presentation to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
  • Support inventory management, stock rotation, and supply checks.
  • Contribute to menu planning and special events with creative ideas.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or kitchen setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
