JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in meal preparation and ensure that the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. This role is essential in supporting our cooks and chefs in delivering high-quality food service while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is a plus.

  • Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.

  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as needed in a kitchen setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as directed by the cooking staff.

  • Support cooks in food preparation tasks to ensure timely service during peak hours.
