Reporting to the Head and Assistant Head, you will be responsible for performing a combination of tasks related to line service. These will include:
- Participate in all phases of food preparation;
- Place the orders;
- To work collaboratively with staff and ensure positive professional relationships;
- Ensure compliance with MAPAQ standards;
Required skills
- Hold a cooking course or possess equivalent experience;
- Possess cooking knowledge and techniques;
- Have experience in the restaurant industry;
Desired qualities:
- Demonstrate a positive attitude;
- To have an eye for detail;
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate;
- Possess a good tolerance for stress;
- To be organized.
