Description Line Cook We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant kitchen environment, delivering high-quality dishes that delight our guests. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards - Maintain a clean and organized work station to ensure safety and efficiency - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times - Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order completion - Monitor food quality and presentation before serving - Support other kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus Join our team and be part of a company that values culinary excellence, teamwork, and growth.
