How you’ll contribute The Cook performs a variety of tasks that facilitate the provision of food service and nutritional support to patients, employees, and visitors. Responsibilities include: Reviews menus to determine types and quantities of food needed Coordinates timing of preparation in order to meet service schedule for patients, staff and visitors Adheres to standardized recipes and portion control to prevent food waste and control food cost Provides maintenance and sanitation of equipment in food production areas Other duties as assigned What we offer Fundamental to providing great care is supporting and rewarding our team. Also, must recertify every 3 years.
