Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you will be the driving force in our kitchen, executing high-quality dishes according to our recipes, ensuring optimal preparation of your station, and guaranteeing that speed and execution meet our highest culinary standards. • Preparing ordered dishes at your station in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Preparation and setup of the various workstations (setup)
• Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations
• Cleaning your workstation and participating in overall kitchen cleaning activities
• Strict adherence to the hygiene and sanitation standards established by the company
• General maintenance and cleaning during quieter periods
• Provide assistance to the diver if needed
• Any other related tasks requested by the Head Chef
