OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our catering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meal preparation and food safety, with a keen interest in creating delicious dishes that delight our guests. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen and ensuring that every meal is prepared to perfection.
As a cook you would be working across our main restaurant and on park chip shop.
Location is remote so transport would be vital for candidates.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and meal preparation processes.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes is highly desirable.
