ABOUT THE ROLE:

Lotus Kitchen & Bar is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. If you take pride in preparing high-quality food, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and want to grow with a creative and modern Asian concept, we’d love to meet you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and butchering meat
  • Cook and plate menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen workspace, including basic dishwashing and cleaning tasks
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures at all times
  • Monitor food stock levels and report shortages to the chef or manager
  • Support kitchen prep, restocking, and opening/closing duties as needed
  • Work cooperatively with other kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth operations
