• Compliance with house-specific and legal hygiene regulations (HACCP)
• Monitoring the cleanliness of the work area and products while ensuring hygiene standards.

YOUR PROFILE

You're the go-to person at our gourmet market when it comes to high-quality food. Customers love you because you always have a helpful tip or two to make roasts even juicier, cheeses more flavorful, or fish tastes especially delicious. You're also a pro at chopping and have a great sense of humor. Your words are as precise as your chopping skills, and your work is always infused with a generous dose of enthusiasm and enjoyment.

You're also a creative thinker and can contribute your own menu ideas to our monthly cooking class program when needed. If you're also reliable and present a professional appearance, we'd love to meet you in person.
