Your tasks:

• Preparation and cooking of all dishes in compliance with hygiene regulations and internal standards.
• Quality control of ingredients and food
• Acting as head chef in his absence

You bring the following:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a cook (m/f/d)
• Experience in large-scale kitchens (catering for seniors) is desirable.
• Expertise in HACCP and hygiene knowledge according to § 43 (proof required)
• Good PC skills, especially MS Word and Excel
• Motivation for continuous professional development
• Friendly and respectful manner in dealing with residents and relatives
