Job Description Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes, standards, and menus Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet five-star hotel standards Follow instructions from the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in line with hygiene and safety regulations Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards Assist in mise en place and daily kitchen preparations Properly store food items and monitor stock rotation (FIFO) Minimize waste and follow cost-control procedures Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak periods Support special events, banquets, and à la carte service as required Report equipment issues, maintenance needs, or safety concerns promptly Qualifications Previous experience as a Cook, preferably in a five-star or luxury hotel or high-end restaurant Culinary diploma or vocational training in Culinary Arts (preferred) Knowledge of Greek and international cuisine is an advantage Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Basic knowledge of English; Greek language skills are an advantage Additional Information Passion for cooking and culinary excellence Attention to detail and commitment to quality Clean, organized, and disciplined work habits Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliability and professionalism Job-Category: Culinary Job Type: Temporary Job Schedule: Full-Time
