WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Cook, you will: * Prep ingredients: portion, chop, and store fresh fruits, vegetables, and basic items * Cook and plate menu items (e.g., breakfast, soups, salads) according to recipes and presentation standards * Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, stoves, grills, and microwaves * Ensure food is cooked at proper temperatures and served in correct portions * Clean and sanitize your station, tools, and equipment throughout your shift * Keep your station stocked, organized, and assist line cooks or other team members as needed PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or GED * At least 1 year of culinary experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen * Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain) * Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards * Attention to detail, cleanliness, and food safety * Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for the entire shift * Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH US We believe great work deserves great rewards.
