Description:

WE’RE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED AND MOTIVATED SEASONAL COOK TO JOIN OUR TEAM FOR THE 2025 SEASON! IF YOU’RE PASSIONATE ABOUT FOOD, THRIVE IN A COLLABORATIVE KITCHEN ENVIRONMENT, AND CAN DELIVER HEARTY, DELICIOUS MEALS WITH A TOUCH OF CREATIVITY, WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU.

Position Details:

* SCHEDULE: 5 DAYS A WEEK, PROPOSED: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook hearty, delicious meals, including mains, soups, salads, and sandwiches.
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment & procedures
  • Follow a pre-set menu and ensure all dishes are properly plated and presented.
  • Manage food preparation, meal service, and kitchen organization.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Handle weekly cleaning tasks, including fire suppression system and equipment cleaning.
  • Receive and organize food deliveries, ensuring proper storage.
  • Assist with dishwashing and maintaining overall cleanliness when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous kitchen experience is a must.
  • Skills: Team player with the ability to work independently and follow direction.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff.
  • Strong presentation and plating skills.
  • Certifications: Food handling certificate is a bonus.
  • Transportation: Reliable means of getting to and from work.
