Job Description Salary: $22/hr Prepare menu as approved by Chef Assist with the clean-up including garbage and floors in kitchen. Clean and sanitize all work areas including work surfaces and equipment. Assist with putting away groceries. Maintain a clean and organized cooler and stock area. Provide professional, courteous guest service at all times Check and document temperatures of coolers and freezers. Responsible for overall food presentation and portioning Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of dining room and overall kitchen Ensure health and safety regulations and quality standards are maintained including dating all items Qualifications Previous experience in a licensed health setting is preferred. Current Food Safe certificate is required as is knowledge of all cooking systems in a large kitchen. Experience with producing meals from scratch and ability to follow recipes. Previous supervisory experience is an asset A team-player who is committed to providing client satisfaction Must have valid government issued photo ID for travel to site Be able to handle the following physical demands: Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs Climb ladders or stairs Stand, walk, squat, kneel or sit according to task for extended lengths of time Perform repetitive hand work requiring full use of both hands Perform work with arms at full length Work with arms above shoulder height Additional Information Salary Range: $20.00+ Benefits: Ancillary benefits including life insurance, disability insurance 401K Paid time off Tuition Reimbursement Supportive leadership team
