Volante Farms in Needham, MA is a place for all seasons. As a fourth-generation family run farm, farm stand, and garden center Volante Farms has over one hundred years in the community. In 2012, the farm stand was remodeled adding two kitchens, a deli, bakery, and an ice cream stand/coffee bar.
We are looking for a Cook to join our growing team in our Farm Stand Kitchen! Our goal is to make great food using great ingredients, focusing on scratch cooking, and using our homegrown produce.
Our farm stand kitchen produces a high volume of great food made to order.. There are no late nights for our Cooks.
Our Cook will:
-Follow production schedule set by Chef de Cuisine
-Assist in prep
-Prepare dishes from start to finish

Requirements
Prior cooking experience
Ability to frequently lift up to 80 lbs
Responsibilities
The Cook will be responsible for following the production schedule set by the Chef de Cuisine and assisting with food preparation tasks. This role involves preparing dishes from start to finish in a high-volume farm stand kitchen.
