The Role The Cook role is responsible for food preparation under the direction and oversight of the Executive and Sous Chefs. Our Cooks compose foods of all types by utilizing dry heat, moist heat, and combination cooking. The Line Cook will prepare food items according to recipes, setting up and stocking workstations with all necessary supplies, and cleaning and sanitizing all cooking equipment. The Ideal Candidate Do you have a keen eye for detail? Are you able to follow instructions precisely? Do you have a passion for working with the aging population? If so, this may be the role for you! Requirements & Preferences * Must be comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment. * Must be dependable. * Must demonstrate excellent customer service. * Cooking experience highly preferred. * High school diploma preferred. * Certificate in culinary arts or related area from a vocational or technical school preferred.
