Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.) Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen. Monitor sanitation procedures for daily, weekly and monthly schedules Monitor all hot and cold temperature logs daily Ensure all food and other items are stored properly Check quality of ingredients Requirements: High School Diploma or GED - ServSafe Preferred Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.) Knowledge of cooking temperatures for various types of food (meats, vegetables, desserts, etc.) Excellent customer service skills One year cooking experience in a restaurant, healthcare or hospitality setting Ready to be a part of the team?
