About the role Start your journey with the JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa as a Cook in the Pastry Kitchen to help our passionate kitchen team to create mouth-watering food for our guests. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will form a key part of a team who are responsible for providing high quality product to our luxury guests. We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Cook – Pastry, to join our fast paced and dynamic Kitchen operation. Responsibilities

The Cook (Pastry) will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients according to recipes, cooking high-quality menu items in a timely manner, and preparing/baking all in-house cakes, breads, and pastries for luxury guests. Critical duties also include testing food for proper preparation and temperature, and performing post-meal cleaning of the kitchen.
