We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in food preparation, ensuring that all ingredients are ready for our chefs to create exceptional dishes as well as contributing to a brigade style kitchen working on the line. This position requires a passion for the food industry and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
