JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring vegetables, meats, and other food items.
  • Assist in the cooking process by following recipes and preparing dishes as directed by the head chef or kitchen manager.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
  • Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
  • Help maintain a positive work environment by communicating effectively with team members.
