SKILLS

• Proven experience in the dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred.
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and meal preparation techniques.

• Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
• Previous restaurant or culinary experience is highly desirable.
