OVERVIEW

We are seeking to teach an energetic detailed oriented person willing to learn and become an amazing New York Style pizzaiola and part of our Bizzarro’s team. Kitchen experience is nice, but not required. We will train new people that are eager and have high energy.

Important Requirements:

• Dependability: We would expect that a person might miss 1-2 days or work a year, please notice that I have said a year. If you miss a day a month, please do not apply.
• Transportation (personal vehicle) is required as we occasionally need an order delivered.
• Open kitchen environment so there is no foul language or aggressive behavior.
• High School student may apply but you must be 18+
• Applicant must have ability to work Sundays.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prepare and cook customer Pizza orders according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food handling and safety guidelines.
• Assist in the preparation of other menu items as needed, contributing to overall kitchen efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and equipment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating needs to management.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
