Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients for meals, including washing, chopping, and measuring.
  • Follow recipes and instructions from the head chef to ensure consistency in food preparation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
  • Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all staff and customers.
  • Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during busy periods.
  • Participate in the cleaning of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces after use.
