We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Tempura Cook to join our Japanese restaurant in Abbotsford, British Columbia.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our dedicated Tempura Chef, you’ll be responsible for the preparation and execution of all tempura dishes on our menu. This is a crucial role where your expertise will be on full display, from selecting the freshest ingredients to mastering the technique that makes our tempura stand out.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of tempura dishes, including seafood and vegetables.
• Ensuring the quality, consistency, and presentation of all items.
• Managing the tempura station, including mise en place and inventory.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area in line with food safety standards.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
