We are hiring for Cook positions in the Dietary Department at Providence Seward Mountain Haven in Seward, AK! * Full time, 1.0 FTE, 10-hr Day shifts, 40 hours per week. * Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, 10-hr Variable shifts, hours per week are as needed and not guaranteed. Under supervision, this position is primarily responsible for planning, preparing, and serving meals and snacks according to resident dietary plan of care guidelines. Additionally, this position may perform housekeeping related duties and/or participate in other resident services activities as required. Required Qualifications: * National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire. * Completion of State of Alaska approved feeding assistance program within 6 months (180 days) of hire. * 2 years experience in quantity food preparation required, including knowledge of hot and cold food preparation.
