The cook position is responsible for the quality, timing and control of all areas of production in accordance to scheduled area. Works closely with Manager/Director to ensure efficient, safe and sanitary operation of production area. Prepares salads, cooks, and bakes per menu. Requirements Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Experience: Prior experience in a cafeteria, food preparation facility preferred. Reading a writing skills are needed.
