Thanks to our hard-working team and loyal customers, we have been growing ever since. We offer innovative small batches and a line of excellent mainstay beers.
Railyard Brewing is excited to add to our dynamic team. We are a growing brewery and recently expanded our kitchen and food menu. We are in search of a hardworking cook to join our team, who can be trusted with ensuring recipes are followed and timelines are met.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Experience preferred
· Food handling certificate
· Ability to communicate and multitask effectively
· Dedicated, dependable & motivated
· Punctual and reliable attendance
· Able to work quickly, problem solve and think on your feet while maintaining poise in a fast-paced environment
· Positive attitude, personable, and customer service oriented
· Passion for the service industry, desire to be part of a team and work hard
· Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

· Prepare and cook food to chefs specifications.
· Keep kitchen clean and organized.
· Ensure proper food handling, sanitation and food storage in accordance with AHS.
· Reports to chef and communicate food items that may need to be ordered or maintenance needed on kitchen equipment.
· Communication with FOH is necessary when it comes to menu items.
