Key Responsibilities:

  • Cooking Excellence: Prepare and cook menu items, following established recipes and quality standards.
  • Station Management: Ensure stations are set up and stocked with all necessary supplies.
  • Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to proper food handling and safety procedures at all times.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a cook or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
  • Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work well within a team.
  • Reliable transportation is a must as public transit is unavailable at our location.
