About the Role: As a Cook at RSL LifeCare, you will play a crucial role in providing nutritious and wholesome meals for residents. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in meal preparation and service to ensure high-quality food is provided. Preparing meals in accordance with dietary requirements, including modified diets and special meal requests. Ensuring food safety compliance (HACCP) and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards. Supporting kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and food storage management. Working collaboratively with the food services team to provide a positive dining experience.
