  • Must be flexible with the shifts and duties

Responsibilities
  • Follows all recipes to conform with dietary restrictions.
  • Follows correct procedure for handling raw / cooked products according to sanitary guidelines.
  • Follows dress code policy for department
  • Follows sanitary guidelines for personal hygiene
  • Maintains a proper production schedule to ensure food is ready in a timely manner
  • Performs sanitation duties as assigned
  • Prepares food according to planned menu
  • Properly store all prepared foods utilizing the FIFO system at all times
