Description Cook-Salad Maker Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and play a vital role in our operations. We are seeking motivated individuals who are physically capable and detail-oriented to support our logistics and distribution processes. Key Responsibilities: - Stand for at least 11 hours daily to efficiently perform warehouse tasks. - Walk on concrete surfaces throughout the shift to move between workstations. - Lift a minimum of 25 pounds following all safety guidelines to handle products and materials. - Carry loads of at least 25 pounds over short distances, such as transporting cases of produce to designated work areas. - Frequently bend and stoop during the workday to access and organize inventory. - Maintain visual acuity to see both near and far, ensuring accuracy and safety during tasks. - Perform repetitive tasks according to production sheets, maintaining consistency and quality. - Adapt to indoor environments with sudden and extreme temperature changes as needed. - Understand and follow written instructions and safety protocols to ensure compliance and efficiency. Skills and Qualifications: - Ability to stand for extended periods (at least 11 hours) and walk on concrete surfaces. - Physical strength to lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly. - Ability to bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. - Good vision for near and far distances. - Capable of working indoors with exposure to temperature fluctuations. - Strong comprehension of written instructions and safety guidelines. - Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus but not required.
