This is a seasonal position that may require flexible scheduling availability. Requirements Job Requirements: Know local health and safety codes and regulations that apply to the hotel Ensuring the kitchen remains well-stocked at all times Receiving food and beverage orders as needed Follow provided brand and IHM recipes when cooking food to serve guests Preparing and plating all food items on the menu Using hot food preparation machines such as ovens, stoves, and microwaves to cook or heat food Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each service Job Qualifications: Ability to follow brand and IHM standard operating procedures to prepare food and beverage items Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary Ability to work well in stressful situations Basic knowledge of how to operate all Food and Beverage equipment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
