Set up and sanitize work stations Following recipes; mixing ingredients, measuring, weighing, washing. Preparing home-made meal for client. Ensure proper food storage Plating and presentation, garnishing Teamwork Qualifications What You’ll Need to Succeed: Teamwork Spirit Passion for maintaining a healthy and safe environment (HACCP and OHS standards). Support the Chef in the execution of daily activities. Excellent food service offering for the clients and guests of this site. You will be asked to prepare general food production, cooking, serving as well as other assigned tasks. Experience in cooking Excellent customer service Strong planning, organizational and time management and computer skills. Red Seal is an asset.
