The primary responsibilities of the cook is to prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with our established policies and procedures. Essential Functions include: Prepares meals in accordance with planned menus. Assists in planning normal and special diet menus. Prepare, portion, and plate meals. Ensure consistency and quality by following recipes and kitchen standards. Ability to cook from scratch following a recipe. We invite you to apply to work as a Cook at our Waterford Place Campus This position is full time at 32-40 hours per week. The shift time will be from 11 am - 7 pm on weekdays and some flexibility for earlier start times on the weekend. With shifts from 10:30 am - 6:30 pm or 6:30 am - 3 pm on Saturday and Sunday! The schedule requires working every other weekend which includes Saturdays and Sundays. This position has a holiday requirement of every other holiday.
