OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a passion for delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. As the Lead Cook, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that all food safety standards are met while mentoring junior staff and contributing to menu development.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting.
  • Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role is advantageous but not essential.
  • A passion for cooking and creating exceptional dining experiences.
    Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
