Maintains cooking equipment and performs daily cleaning duties. Offers excellent customer service and phone etiquette. Covers, labels, dates, and stores leftover items properly. Requirements Cook Qualifications: At least one year of prior cooking experience is required; preferably in health care setting. SERV Safe Certification preferred. Responsibilities

The Cook is responsible for preparing daily menu items following proper food handling techniques using SERV Safe standards. Duties also include maintaining cooking equipment, performing daily cleaning, offering excellent customer service, and properly covering, labeling, dating, and storing leftover items.
