Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to our menu and presentation standards
Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment
Assist in managing food stock, inventory, and prep schedules
Work closely with the café team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
Contribute ideas for menu improvements or specials (creativity welcome!)
What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook or Kitchen Assistant
✅ Knowledge of food preparation, safety, and hygiene practices
✅ Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced café setting
✅ Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
✅ Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and public holidays if required
