  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
  • Having your own UAE visa is an advantage.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a passionate Head Chef with a flair for creativity and excellence to lead our open kitchen. You will play a key role in shaping our culinary identity, maintaining the highest food quality standards, and delivering a memorable customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Develop menus and recipes that reflect Choco Berry Boutique’s vision and delight our guests.
  • Manage kitchen operations including inventory, ingredient quality, and stock control.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring consistent performance and development.
  • Oversee customer service from a culinary perspective, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, maintaining checklists, and adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with Dubai food safety regulations.
